Delivery & Returns
Imetec UK are offering, for a limited period only, free delivery! (UK & Northern Ireland only). Deliveries are not made and services will not be performed outside the United Kingdom and Ireland. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted; usually within 3 working days; and in any event within 28 days of your order.
We are currently in the process of our annual stock take at our warehouse, and therefore cannot deliver your order until 4th April 2017. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.
You can purchase Dreamland products from: Argos, Dunelm, John Lewis, Amazon & Boots.
However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return them at your own cost within 14 days from the date of despatch and we will refund you in full (see returns address below), on the conditions that; the goods are in pristine condition; the goods are in the original packaging; the hygiene security tag has not been opened.
We also recommend that you return the goods via recorded delivery or proof of delivery and enclose your full details/copy of invoice.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
All of our Dreamland products come with either a 2 or 3 year guarantee (see product instruction booklet for further details). If your product stops working within this time, or has a fault, simply contact our customer service team, who will be happy to help you.
