"Sadly I bought the wrong one. It wasn't compatible with the heatpad. The infienation online was confusing and getting through to someone on the phone is difficult. I will persevere and hopefully be able to return this one and get the right one. Eventually."
"Cable from control to blanket was extremely short which left the control near the base of the bed when it should be close to the top to enable heat adjustment during night. I cannot believe the change from the original which was much longer."
"Quick delivery. Works well. Loses 2 stars as it’s so expensive."
"Fast delivery. Cable length good, same as the original."
