"I bought this for my Mum’s birthday as she had been talking about the cost of heating her house. She was turning 81 & I was concerned that she would hold off putting on the heating leaving her vulnerable to the cold. This has been the best present for her, she absolutely loves it, it’s a good size so covers her nicely, easy to use controls (she is not tech-savvy so a big plus!) and super soft & snuggly. On a practical side, it’s great that it can be unplugged & popped in the washing machine. Delivery & communication was good, so all in all a very easy shopping experience. This is definitely something that I will put on my Christmas list too."
