"Really soothing my active mum's sore shoulder. She was very resistant, but now uses it daily while watching tv or reading. Only comment is it is oddly small around the neck so don't necessarily expect to be able to comfortably do it up. However, this is not a problem as it is well made and slightly weighted so sits on shoulders without slipping off. Great value on sale."

Excellent and better alternative to hot packs

"I suffer from a stiff neck and shoulders which causes tension headaches. In the past I’ve used microwave hot packs which are ok but don’t last long. Bought this having already got a Dreamland heated blanket which I love. The neck and shoulder pad is brilliant! It’s very comfortable and the heat is just right to ease my shoulders and neck muscles. "Lovely and warm but sadly not as hot as I expect or wanted which is disappointing. Good if you want something to relax your shoulders and next but probably not hot enough to deal with serious muscle strain."

"Bought this for my mum. She's got a stronger build so the front velcro flap doesn't sit as low as it shows in the picture online. It digs into her as it sits higher, towards her neck and is stiff at the fastening. It does soothe her shoulders."
