"An efficient blanket - a present rather than for me. I already have one!"

Not best pleased

"Had this about a month - disappointed. Flimsy skirt which just does not hold the protector in place. I have to pull it back into position each morning,. or even in the middle of the night as it ruckles up. Im not convinced the skirt will survive very long. The cable arrived in a kind of knot which had to be undone, leaving it very kinked, which is very unsightly hanging from the bed. Previously electric blankets used to get really toasty. It seems modern ones don't (health and safety?). this gets warm enough but can't help feeling it should get warmer for initial preheat"

"This is such a fantastic heated blanket, I wish I’d had one sooner! I did loads of research and really glad this is the one I chose. You can’t feel it under the sheet (some you can) it’s super easy to fix around the mattress and use with the controls. A must have for chilly evenings and glad I’m going to have this for winter."

Very warm and comfy

"I bought this to replace one I had had for three years, and was very happy with. However the new one had a faulty controller, which I asked to have replaced. I was told this wasn't possible and I had to return the whole product. and have it all replaced. This worked well, eventually, but has been an extremely protracted business. - partly because I bought from your company and picked it up from Argos, so had no paper proof of purchase, which you requested. I love the mattress protector though!"

Replacing Like-for-Like

"This purchase replaced my very old Dreamland Intelliheat Mattress Protector (bought over 20 years ago), and was chosen because I especially like the skirt design, rather than straps to secure it to the mattress. I've been very happy with the performance of the product over the last two decades, so decided to buy like-for-like. As expected, some modifications have been made to the design in the intervening years. . . The new control unit is more modern in appearance, with the on/off button now on the front, not the back, and the additional option of a 3-hour auto shut off setting is a ""positive"" - my old version allowed only for 1-hour or 9-hours. However, the control unit on my old Intelliheat Mattress Protector had a ""memory"" which retained the previous heat setting - useful if, like me, you're a creature of habit or maybe prefer a lower temperature setting. The new control unit automatically sets itself to 6 every time, irrespective of whatever choice you last made and I can't help but feel this was a retrograde step in the design process. All things considered, though, I'm still happy with my purchase and hope it lives up to its predecessor's longevity."

"This does the job, but I would say the somewhat bulky connector is in the wrong place; it's on the right, just where your forearm is if you sleep on your right side. I can't help but think it would be better connecting nearer a corner."

Dreamland heated mattress protector

"Always would recommend Dreamland heated mattress protector. Bought my most recent one as a gift for my daughter. I have tried another brand after my first Dreamland blanket died after many years of keeping me toasty in bed. I thought id try to save a bit of money but was so disappointed as i had to get a refund after only 3 months of use as it stopped working so i purchased a second Dreamland blanket & have never been happier to head to bed on a winters evening! Worth every penny"
