"So many good things to say about this product BUT a huge drawback for me is that some of the wires are definitely ""feelable"" even just running a hand across them, but worse than that, the connector unit is on the top of the mattress and just where my elbow is when I am in bed. It is very hard and uncomfortable. I have covered it with a soft pad today, perhaps that will help, otherwise I will have to return it. Can't understand why the unit isn't positioned nearer to the mattress edge of at the side."
"Bought the single heated snowed in mattress protector on recommendation from a friend to heat my single bed quickly when my husband starts snoring! Warms the bed quickly, nothing worse than getting into a cold bed in the middle of the night a week later bought the dual king size version for the marital bed ??! I like the fact they are like a fitted sheet and they do warm very quickly! My only gripe is the heated part does not cover the whole top of the matress protector! I like my shoulders warm and I tend to sleep with one hand under the pillow but this area does not heat! I have turned the mattress 180 degrees so now my shoulder and hand is warm but now my feet are cold and also the control switch is in the wrong position so I will have to decide which will be best for me! Other than this the product is much better than most other similar products!"

"So many times i have been getting a hot water bottle to warm up a cold bed, and you can only warn a small area at that. So I bought myself this King size mattress protector and now not only have I got a lovely warm bed to get in to BUT warm pyjamas as well, can’t be any better. The protector fits perfectly and once the fitted bottom sheet is on you can’t feel any heating elements at all. Just one small suggestion would be, if possible, the length of the cable from the controller to the connector socket could be one foot longer so as to allow my duvet space at the side. But this item is the best thing i’ve bought in a long time."
