Please note that we only ship to Great Britain. Every effort is made to make sure your order is despatched as soon as possible. Any orders placed by 2pm Monday – Friday are usually despatched the same day and any orders placed after 2pm Monday - Friday will be despatched the next working day (excluding bank holidays). We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return them at your own cost within 14 days from the date of despatch and we will refund you in full, on the conditions that; the goods are in pristine condition; the goods are in the original packaging; and the hygiene security tag has not been opened. We also recommend that you return the goods via a recorded delivery service for proof of delivery and enclose your full details/copy of invoice. Your statutory rights are not affected.

All of our Dreamland products come with either a 2 or 3 year warranty (see product instruction booklet for further details). If your product stops working within this time, or has a fault, simply contact our customer service team, who will be happy to help you.
