"MiL not happy power cord can only be attached by her right shoulder. She has a Super King bed and arthritis in her shoulders so needs the control on the left side. Looked at putting connector by her left foot but then cord becomes a trip hazard. Coupled to this there are no straps to hold it in place and she doubts the non-slip finish will prevent it moving. Why can you not have the option to attach the power cord on either side? Will have to return it."

"This underblanket with cotton top layer looks and feels high quality, which I really like. Unfortunately it is not warm enough. Even with the highest temperature setting, probably due to the thick layers on top of the wire. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd temperature barely feel any warmth. It's really a shame as this cotton one is my favourite among all Dreamland underblankets. I also bought the bamboo one, which has the same problem - simply not warm enough."
"I first bought a cosy dreamer mattress warmer in December 2023 and I found it wonderful. It takes only five minutes to heat up and is very easy to use. My bed is 5ft but I find the single mattress warmer is more that adequate. You just put it on your mattress and cover with a sheet it’s as simple as that."

"I bought this as it was advertised as having a ‘five minute fast heat up’ function which my last blanket had. A single button you press which heated for five minutes then switched off. A great function. But this does not have that at all. What it has it the option to turn your blanket on to the highest number and switch it off after five minutes! Which any blanket would have."
