Sadly disappointing

"I bought their throw couple of weeks ago and love it! Decided that I want one for my bed too so wanted to go with dreamland again. I did order slumberdown first, quilted but took way too long to heat. (Quilting was much more comfortable though). This is very disappointing blanket. You can’t open the package without breaking the seal so you can’t actually view it. You ca feel the wires a bit but is not the main issue. The fabric is far from being a fleece so is misadvetised unfortunately. Takes about 10min to heat up not 5 which is not bad tbh. The bottom part there is basically wire only on right side for like 10cm and then acrosss the whole blanked is like 14 cm away from the edge. The whole bottom is cold. Feet are cold… feels like it warm up differently in various places but tyg could be just personal feelings. There is no timer unfortunately as on my throw. Overall disappointing. Also weirdly feel sweating at night since I got this and is not even on overnight so perhaps the fabric is causing air circulation issue. I wouldn’t buy this again unfortunately would go for better model."

Quick and easy for a comfortable bed

"I purchased this for my 86 year old Mother after she had an incident using hot water bottles, where she ended up with a very wet bed! My Mother is very pleased with her mattress warmer. It's much better for warming the bed. Heats up really quickly and easily controlled for perfect temperature."

Lovely and warm but couple of niggles.

"Cord is a bit short when sockets are on the opposite side of the bed to the blanket connection so I’ve had to put the blanket horizontal over the bed meaning elastic straps are useless. It does warm up lovely though, would be good to have a timer off for a couple of hours."

Best bed warmer on Planet. YES

"I bought this heated blanket over 17 years ago. It is still going but felt if I didn’t get a new one now I may miss out. As I use it every night through winter…. and some of summer because have always even from childhood to be warm in bed. Hot water bottles simply cannot do the job. Even with all that usage it’s still going good. But felt just in case it goes off I thought I had better get a new one ready. So nothing goes forever in this World so you could say I am prepared and can sleep better knowing I have the best the Planet can offer…. Thankyou for years of lovely warm sleep in peace Delia Almond"

OK blanket but should be better. . . . .

"For a premium manufacturer, this blanket SHOULD have a timer for its heat settings. Some adverts marketing this item state auto timer but this is mis-leading as it refers to automatic turn off after 9 hours, NOT customer set timed session. Requested an invoice from Dreamland but still not received one. Perhaps customer service does not exist."
