"This is a lovely blanket that heats up well and keeps me cosy - but sadly it doesn't stand up to being washed. I followed the washing and drying instructions carefully, but the fur has gone from being silky and smooth to being crimped so it's more like a sheepskin than a fur rug. I don't think it will ever go back to the way it was before, which is disappointing."

"I've bought heated throws from a very well known brand with ""Night"" in its name and others from a big UK shopping channel over the years. None of them can hold a candle to this one in my opinion. The others by comparison are flimsy, get cold spots after they've been used a little, overheat in other spots , before giving up completely, usually just out of their guarantee. This one never overheats and has a great weight to it. It's not heavy, just comforting and stays put. It's a joy to use. I usually keep it on heat setting 4 and occasionally 5 if it's really frosty outside. It's very well made and robust, unlike the flimsy ones by other brands that get bunched up easily and can slide around. I wasn't sure about the faux fur when I bought it but as soon as I first used it I was so glad I opted for this."

"I didn’t get my throw directly from dreamland but the t was brand new, packaged with the receipt. I don’t actually have the words to say how absolutely amazing this is! I already have the green velvet self patterned one but really wanted this fur one. So when I saw it at a give away price I didn’t hesitate. It’s thick, sumptuous, elegant, and snuggly. It’s more ridged than the other I have which is a nice change. I use it all day and even in in this cold weather so it saves me putting the heating on. I’m have 2 dogs and 4 cats that have decided they love it too. Especially my Romanian rescue dog. I highly HIGHLY recommend buying dreamland as a brand because of the quality, they may be more expensive than others out there but by golly they are so worth the money."

"The throw does has a good remote, but the positives end there. I feel very let down by the quality of this product. It is thin and does not have the weight or heft that I would hope for. Furthermore, even within a month of purchase the blanket is shedding polyester fabric like it's going out of fashion. My room is covered in the stuff. I'd return it if I could."

"3 weeks ago I bought a heated throw from another company. After a couple of uses I couldn't believe how I'd lived without one. I could just cuddle up in it or fold it up and soothe my back. Alas, it wasn't particularly stylish enough for my bedroom so I bought this luxury faux zebra fur throw. The faux Zebra design is really nice and suits the bedroom. However, it sheds and its not all that comfy. I was expecting the throw to be double sided with the faux fur but disappointngly, it's only on one side with a soft lining on the other. The heating elements can really be felt through this. I'd class this more as a heated overblanket due to its rigidity. So, having said all that, it's a keeper, especially as it's half the price sold at a well known store."
